I am old enough to know better and young enough not to care

dahil naghahanap ako ng work ngayon at laging meroong required question sa jobstreet kindda naisip ko i-post ko na lang sya...

----------------------------------------

GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT: My biggest achievement as of the moment is that I have finished all the units required to complete my masters’ degree on time. I managed to accomplish it by myself since I do not ask financial assistance to anyone. Furthermore, I still managed to excel in my job while I was still in school. It is not really the degree that I am proud about but the path I took to finish it and the self confidence and the people I have earned because of it

-------------------------

INTOLERABLE: In my last employment I was one of the senior employee, in case my boss is on leave I am the one who has the authority to handle the whole team. I have managed the team effectively enough when my boss was on her maternity leave. Since our work is focus on analysis, accuracy and consistency of data, error is intolerable. Any confusion should be consulted to the most senior of the group.

My leadership qualities enable me to handle the team, promote camaraderie within the group and to the other departments, and encourage them to maximize their production.

--------------------------------------

How do you know when you have done a good job?

I would know if I have done a good job if I manage to complete it on time and execute it with the proper requirements. I have placed my full dedication in every task given to me.

In my previous job it is critical to provide our consumer the accurate information to help them analyze the movement of their portfolio properly. In my four year tenure, I manage to enhance the quality of our product and improve data acquisition, thus, increasing our market coverage. To be precise, I have pioneered the coverage of New Zealand stock market declarable stakes. Moreover, I do not receive complaints from our clients regarding the accuracy and timeliness of data.

-----------------------------------

WHAT IS SUCCESS? Success for me means that I am excelling in what I am doing and enjoying it at the same time. I would like to execute the right combination of skills and training from the corporate world and the knowledge I earned from both my undergraduate and my graduate studies of Economics.
